Smart Oasis is a water-independent controlled environment farm powered by comprehensive automated aeroponics technology developed for space stations

Our main product is an aeroponic vertical farm based in freight containers. Also we have different building-based solutions which can produce various fresh foods in any type of premises, all year-long, in any climate zone.

Smart Oasis provides a sustainable solution, which compared with hydroponics saves up to 99% of water and doesn’t produce waste or CO2 footprints. Tangible water savings is achieved through independent additional units.

Compared to traditional indoor farming, CEA farm has obvious advantages in terms of stability and cost-effectiveness: a farmer doesn’t have to depend on climate, air purity, use of chemicals or expensive agricultural equipment.

Smart Oasis Life is scalable. Several vertical farms can be easily merged together and extended to grow more and better food.

Our Story

Smart Oasis was founded in 2017 by Aleksey Prykhodko in Kyiv. In 2018 we were selected from over 700 companies to participate in Dubai Future Foundation Programme where we introduced a water collecting technology, subsequently building 4 working prototypes in Ukraine.

We had already built a few pilot farms in Ukraine, but after having lost everything during the full scale invasion of 2022, Alexey won the Global Entrepreneurship Program, that helped him relocate the company to the Uk.

We are now rebuilding everything thanks to the amazing support of many partners, including the World Economic forum, their Uplink Program, Cardiff University, the Agri-Tech Innovation Hub
